Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Glen William Public School.
Located in the beautiful rural community of Glen William, between Clarence Town and Dungog, our small school has been at the heart of the valley since 1849. With an enrolment of 23 students, we take great pride in providing a caring, inclusive, and family-oriented environment where every child is known, valued, and supported.
Our small class groups, comprising a K–2 and a 3–6 class, allow for personalised learning and strong relationships between students, staff, and families. This structure enables rich, stage-based learning opportunities that nurture each child’s individual strengths while encouraging collaboration and connection across the school.
At Glen William Public School, we are proud of our strong community partnerships, dedicated staff, and focus on student wellbeing. Together, we create a supportive learning environment where children develop curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning — all while celebrating the unique spirit of our rural school.
